We are currently looking for a Site Nurse to join our HSE team part of our in our Wales Offices. By joining this role, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of all personnel on site. You will be responsible for managing all medical and emergency response activities, collaborating closely with site teams, and providing essential healthcare services. Your role will encompass: Attend HSE and site meetings for emergency and medical perspective Provide medical insights in safety briefings Coordinate Emergency Medical and Response Action Plans Supervise Shoal Medic for compliance Implement Dual Medic Coverage Plan Collaborate on Emergency Response Planning Liaise with local ambulance service and facilitate visits Conduct health checks and support for personnel Administer drug, alcohol, LTF, and PCR Covid-19 tests Act as an independent listener for on-site problems Organize monthly First Aid and Emergency Response drills Deliver training in trauma management, CPR/AED Hold Qualsafe Accreditation for FREC and 3-Day First Aid Training What you bring to the role: Strong leadership and communication Proficient in first aid, trauma management, CPR Collaborative work with diverse teams Excellent organizational skills Valid nursing license, relevant medical certifications Minimum 3 years' experience in nursing or emergency response Experience in managing medical emergencies, coordinating response plans Your Benefits: Competitive remuneration package Group Health Insurance program Cooperation, creativity and innovation: we adopt flexible cooperation models to achieve fast results and increased productivity Follow us on LinkedIn and stay updated on our latest news We respect your personal data.
