Social Network Manager - CRM and Social Media
Luxury tour operator based in central London is seeking a CRM and Social Media Manager. The role can be office-based, hybrid, or home-based. Experience in CRM and social media management within the travel industry, preferably for luxury companies, is essential. Salary ranges from £45,000 to £55,000 plus bonuses and benefits.
Responsibilities
1. Manage the company's email marketing program and social media activities.
2. Report directly to the Head of Marketing.
3. Develop and define organic social media content strategies.
4. Monitor and report on KPIs.
Required Skills
1. Experience in CRM and social media management within the travel industry, ideally luxury travel.
2. Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools such as Zoho, Hootsuite, GA4, and Meta platforms.
3. Excellent analytical and communication skills.
