Regent Refrigeration is an established family run company with over 35 years trading within the Midlands. Due to our continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced service coordinator to join our team at our Solihull office.Working as part of the small service team. Planning, scheduling and reporting on engineer activities, working with the service department and ensuring the smooth process of operations.Key Duties and Responsibilities forServiceCo-Ordinator:Receive customer email / phone calls, respond and answering accordinglyPlan workloads and deploy engineers ensuring maximum efficiencies are maintained.Log service calls accurately in CRM systemLiaise with customers, suppliers, site managers and sub-contractors to ensure that all associated works are carried out at agreed timesEffective utilisation, efficiency, and productivity of the field engineersForward plan daily, weekly and monthly engineering activityProvide delivery timescales to customersAdministrating job reports from the field engineers ensuring worksheets are correct and checking them with attention to detailSmall works quotations and organising remedial works following service visitsOrdering spare parts and coordinating delivery.Maintain regular communications/updates with the customersSkills and Attributes forServiceCo-Ordinator:Experience scheduling / planning of engineers.Well organised with the ability to work under pressureStrong record keeping and analytic skillsAble to co-ordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and work to deadlinesExcellent skills with Microsoft Word Office, Excel etc.Excellent communication skills - both written and verballyEfficient and highly organisedIf you feel like you meet the above criteria for the Customer Service Coordinator role, then please apply now!TPBN1_UKTJ
