Client Engagement Co-ordinator (Admissions Officer, Aged Care)

Your warm, understanding, and professional nature will be instrumental in supporting the individual journey and smooth transition into Aged Care.

Based at our Support Office in Hawthorn there will be opportunities to travel to our metropolitan VIC homes to provide expertise and guidance as required.

In This Role You Will

* Responding to admissions enquiries, providing an outstanding customer experience and entering contact information and requests into the CRM system
* Identifying the resident’s needs or request and gathering information to ensure enquiries are managed efficiently and effectively, documenting all customer needs into the CRM system
* Scheduling tours with prospective residents and family members and collaborating with our Client Services Managers, including following up with tour participants to assess customer service satisfaction
* Collecting customer feedback and documenting and reporting as per delegations processes
* Providing information on individualised care services
* Providing financial billing, Services Australia information and Resident Agreement overviews
* Ensuring all enquiries are actioned in a timely manner and according to set customer service KPIs
* Suggesting improvements to processes and customer service strategies

What You Bring To The Role

* Previous experience in Aged Care, Home Care or Admissions Management (desirable)
* A warm and understanding person with a passion for making a difference
* Knowledge of Aged Care services
* Excellent communication skills and telephone demeaner, ability to demonstrate patience and empathy
* Strong financial acumen, with the ability to understand/explain funding
* Solid computer skills, with familiarity with MS Office and demonstrated understanding of CRM systems and data entry
* Ability to think quickly and provide practical solutions
