Package: £27,000 Basic Salary + Commission
Projected £45,000 OTE in Year 1, £75,000 OTE in Year 2, £100,000 OTE in Year 3
Our client is a global Tech firm specialising in the UK, Europe, and North America Markets, with their Head Office based in Leeds.
Starting as a Trainee Headhunter, you'll benefit from comprehensive training and will rotate every six weeks across various sector practices. After this initial period, you'll advance to a Consultant role, developing deep expertise in your chosen market niche.
Since their management buyout in 2021, the company has experienced significant growth and is now preparing to open its first US office in New York.

Your Role:
* Conduct market research and mapping
* Build relationships through calls and meetings with candidates and clients
* Identify and attract top talent, managing the full recruitment lifecycle
* Engage in headhunting, referral chasing, writing compelling job adverts, and leveraging internal databases and networks
* Represent both candidates and clients professionally throughout the process
Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum 2:1 degree from university 'OR' Sales Experience (B2B or B2C)
* Strong motivation and eagerness to develop skills
* Demonstrated extracurricular achievements or relevant experience from internships, part-time roles, or sports
* Naturally competitive with a proactive approach
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
