We are looking to welcome a new member to our peer team. The peer support approach is based on the principle that people who have lived through and coped with significant challenges as a result of mental health problems in their own lives are well equipped to help others having similar experiences.
The Listening Lounge is open 10am-8pm Monday-Saturday and offers peer support, information & signposting, counselling and group activities to adults aged 18 years and over. As a peer worker, you will predominantly meet with visitors on a 121 basis at our drop-in centre in Ste Helier.
