Reach Out for Mental Health (ROFMH) is a suicide prevention service operating in Essex, set up to reduce the number of attempted and completed suicides in the area. We are looking for passionate individuals to join our board of trustees.

What are we looking for?
We seek individuals with a mix of compassion, experience, and a desire to make a difference. Essential qualities include:
* Experience in business development, income generation, or social enterprise, especially in growing organizations sustainably.
* Experience working with charities, community groups, or start-ups.
* An understanding or curiosity about balancing purpose with financial sustainability.
* Lived experience of emotional distress or supporting someone through it.
