The Consumer function brings together our industry-leading digital leasing brand ‘Zen Auto' with our growing White Label solution offering innovative support to our partners to leverage their own brand to provide vehicle leasing options to their customers.

What you'll be doing

Due to maternity leave we are looking for a customer focused individual to join us as a Customer Service Executive on a part-time basis (Monday & Tuesday 8.45am -5.30pm = 15.5hr pw) on a 12-month fixed term contract.

* The first point of contact for our drivers when they find themselves needing support or an update on our service. At the heart of our Customer Services function is a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences with empathy, care and expertise. 90% of your day will be on the phone and you will answer up to 50 calls per day.
* Delivering positive outcomes for our customers by ensuring calls are answered and responded to in line with SLAs and a “Right first time approach” by actively listening & providing clear & accurate information. You will have an “easy to do business with” style and a passion for delivering great customer outcomes.
* You will work through customer queues across multiple systems and ensure queues are kept up to date and to a minimal number. Delivering excellent service to our customers and responding to queries in a timely & helpful manner throughout the life of their agreement. Ensuring stakeholders are satisfied and enabling positive feedback with our customer.

What you'll bring

Essential Skills & Experience…

* Strong communication skills, able to work effectively on the telephone
* Ability to use different systems, feels comfortable and confident finding way around a bespoke system
* Ability to multi-task – can hold telephone conversations whilst making notes on the system and accessing different data points
* Ability to write accurate & friendly e-mails whilst also been brief but informative
* Accurate and concise when updating customers and the internal database

Reward

* Part-Time 2 days a week ideally Monday & Tuesday (Monday fixed but can be flexible with 2nd day) 8.45 – 17.30 on a 12month FTC
* Salary £10,357.1 (£12.85 per hour for 15.5 hours per week)
