About the Role
As Equine & Farm Clinical Director, you will:
* Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 4–5 Equine & Farm vets.
* Drive service quality and business development within the Equine & Farm department.
* Foster a positive, forward-thinking culture where staff can thrive.
* Collaborate closely with Small Animal Clinical Directors and the Practice Manager for broader practice leadership.
* Innovate, expand, and enhance services to reflect your professional vision.
State‑of‑the‑Art Facilities
* Equine stables and stocks across two sites.
* In‑house laboratory.
* Mobile digital radiography and equine ultrasound.
* Respiratory scope for equine procedures.
