ProEconomy are looking for an enthusiastic Office Administrator to join our growing team based in Milton Keynes. This role will involve working with all teams within the business and will support the Operations Manager and the Client Relations Director.
Duties include but are not limited to the following :
Administrative Responsibilities
* Enquiries Email Folder
* Ordering weekly office supplies
* Sourcing food for Quarterly meetings
* Alarm System
* Post
* Booking Hotels (Office Staff)
* General Office duties
Financial Responsibilities
* Credit Control
* Management of Expenses cards
* Remittances
* Entering Bills on Accounting System
* Approval of Invoices in Accounting System
* Distribution of Invoices in Accounting System
* Setting payment runs up
* Reporting weekly figures
* Year End
* Payroll set up
* P11D's
What are the essentials?
Min requirements: GCSE (or equivalent) Maths, English – C or above
High degree of trust and integrity - comfortable with handling confidential information
Proficient IT skills - good understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
Accurate data input skills & attention to detail
Administration experience with first class organisational skills- meeting deadlines
Excellent communication skills, orally and in writing
Ability to work as part of a small team with a 'can do' attitude
Ability to work independently after training
Able to solve problems - but also knowing boundaries and when to ask for help or guidance
