Bid Writer
to join on a full-time, permanent basis. This role offers excellent benefits, free on-site parking and the opportunity to play a pivotal role in securing high-value contracts within the social housing sector.
This is a key appointment, reporting into senior leadership and working closely with operational teams, Business Development, and the wider Bid function. You'll be responsible for leading on the preparation, coordination, and submission of compelling, compliant bids and proposals, helping the business continue its impressive growth trajectory.
We're looking for an experienced Bid Writer with a strong understanding of the UK tendering environment and demonstrable knowledge of the social housing sector. Experience of the fire safety industry would be an advantage, but is not essential.

What you'll do:
* Lead writing, editing, and coordinating bids, tenders and PQQs
* Analyse tender documents to ensure compliance
* Create persuasive, tailored content showcasing expertise in social housing
* Work with Directors, Bid team, and staff to gather technical input and case studies
* Manage bid timelines, strategy and quality standards
* Maintain bid content library and track outcomes for improvement
* Integrate social value into submissions
What we're looking for:
* Proven Bid Writer (or similar) experience in the UK
* Knowledge of social housing tenders and frameworks
* Excellent writing, editing and communication skills
* Ability to simplify technical detail into compelling content
* Strong project management and deadline focus
* Familiarity with procurement portals (ProContract, Delta)
* Collaborative, proactive and able to work independently
