Senior Operations Manager / Head of Operations Key Responsibilities:
* Lead operations strategy in line with business growth objectives.
* Oversee production, procurement, and dispatch for maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction.
* Drive continuous improvement and transformation initiatives.
* Establish and track KPIs to monitor and improve performance.
* Ensure operational readiness for production peaks.
* Inspire and develop a high-performing, multi-functional team (including 2 direct reports).
Your Background as a Senior Operations Manager / Head of Operations:
* Proven track record in Head of Operations, Senior Operations Manager, or similar leadership roles.
* Strong background in improving productivity, output, and operational effectiveness.
* Strategic leader with a hands-on approach.
* Skilled in managing multi-functional teams and building scalable processes within a growing SME.
