As the Residential Property Conveyancer, you will: · Lead, mentor, and inspire a small but dynamic team. · Manage a broad caseload of Residential Property transactions. · Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members. · Collaborate with the Head of Residential Property to drive the department’s growth and success. The ideal candidate will possess: · At least 3 years’ post-qualification experience in Residential Conveyancing. · Strong IT skills, including familiarity with case management systems. · Exceptional organisational abilities and attention to detail. · A collaborative and solutions-focused mindset, with outstanding communication skills. · Leadership experience and a passion for mentoring others.
