Major Players are partnering with a leading, globally recognised brand in the hospitality sector to recruit a Creative Project Manager.
This is a highly visible, influential role sitting at the centre of a Global Marketing team. As the operational engine of the department, you will bring structure, pace, and clarity to integrated marketing campaigns globally, ensuring creative excellence is maintained at every stage of delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Campaign Delivery: Translate the annual global marketing schedule into milestone-driven roadmaps. Coordinate the flawless execution of integrated campaigns across multiple channels and international markets.
* Cross-Functional Management: Act as the central operational hub connecting Brand, Performance Marketing, CRM, Social Media, Digital, PR, and external partners. Identify, track, and proactively mitigate delivery risks.
* Workflow & Resource Planning: Own and optimise the end-to-end creative workflow across content production, digital platforms, CRM, and organic/paid social. Forecast resource requirements and identify bottlenecks.
* Supplier Management: Build, maintain, and manage a trusted network of external creative agencies, production partners, and freelancers. Negotiate scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
* Briefing & Approvals: Champion a rigorous creative briefing process to ensure all briefs are commercially aligned. Manage stakeholder review and sign-off processes across Marketing, Operations, Legal, Finance, and Executive teams.
* Budget & Production Oversight: Manage campaign and production budgets, tracking spend and forecasting future requirements. Oversee content production and photography/videography shoots to ensure premium brand standards.
Experience Required
* 5 - 6+ years' experience in a creative project management or marketing operations role.
* Proven experience managing complex, integrated, multi-brand creative campaigns (ideally globally), within an agency or fast-paced in-house environment.
* Solid experience managing creative teams, production workflows, and resource planning.
* Experience handling external agencies, production partners, and freelance networks.
* Previous experience working with hospitality, lifestyle, retail, or premium consumer brands is highly desirable.
* Proficiency with project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Trello, Smartsheet).
* Exceptional stakeholder management skills; comfortable challenging constructively, pushing back when necessary, and holding teams accountable.
* A data-informed approach to planning paired with a genuine passion for high-quality creative output.
