Main Responsibilities
* Welcoming residents on admission and helping them settle in
* Supporting residents with daily tasks to enable them to live their best lives
* Meeting residents' needs and wishes
* Providing companionship through conversation and understanding preferences
* Encouraging participation in organized activities and providing meaningful moments
* Assisting with personal care and supporting eating and drinking
* Completing monitoring records and supporting infection control measures
* Responding promptly to nurse call systems and reporting concerns
* Recording essential information accurately and maintaining resident privacy and dignity
* Working collaboratively with health and social care professionals
* Undertaking additional duties as required
This position requires a PVG check and two references.
