Are you a commercially minded engineer who enjoys selling high-value technical solutions and building long-term customer relationships?
This is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing engineering business operating at the heart of the Marine, Renewables, Industrial and Oil & Gas sectors. The company promotes a world-class OEM product range and is recognised not just for its equipment sales, but for its exceptional global aftersales and service capability. With strong momentum and continued investment, this role offers scope to make an impact and progress into a Sales Director role.
Responsibilities
* Develop sales of engineered solutions across various sectors
* Grow existing customer relationships through upsell and cross-sell of equipment and services
* Identify and convert new business opportunities across target industries
* Sell complex mechanical solutions, supported by a strong technical and service function
* Engage stakeholders from engineers through to senior commercial decision-makers
* Work closely with internal engineering, service and installation teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
What We’re Looking For
* A mechanically minded sales professional or engineer-turned-salesperson
* Background in mechanical engineering or engineered solutions (e.g. hydraulics, pneumatics, lifting, offshore equipment, capital machinery)
* Comfortable selling technical, high-value solutions
* Able to build credibility quickly with technically competent customers
* Commercially driven, organised and proactive
* Ambitious, with the desire and potential to progress toward Sales Director level
