In this role, youll work closely with the Head of Compliance and MLRO to help deliver robust compliance oversight across the organisation. From advising on regulatory change to supporting key business initiatives, youll play an important part in ensuring our policies, controls and ways of working remain effective, practical and aligned to a fast-moving regulatory environment. The role what youll be doing The role provides independent second-line oversight, promotes a strong compliance culture, and ensures effective identification, assessment, monitoring, and mitigation of regulatory, conduct risks. Support the Head of Compliance in the day-to-day provision of compliance and anti-financial crime advice to the first line, in respect of all applicable regulation (e.g. best Execution and investment due diligence), including COBS, SYSC, COLL and FUND. Active involvement in projects and other corporate change programmes. Support the Head of Compliance in the effective consideration of regulation and regulatory change on business processes and strategic initiatives. Provide technical regulatory support, advice and guidance to the Risk and Compliance team, including in respect of FCA and AIFMD regulations.
