Team PA
Location: London Bridge

Salary: Up to £35,000
We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Team PA to join a busy and fast-paced interiors and construction team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous PA/Administration experience who is confident managing multiple priorities and supporting a team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Head of Projects with diary management and internal meeting coordination
* Collate, format, and maintain weekly construction reports and board documents
* Monitor and update the online document management system
* Assist with purchase orders, procurement, and live project cash flow forecasting
* Schedule and manage internal training while maintaining site coverage
* Prepare presentations and general documentation
* H&S administration
* Conduct occasional site visits to monitor standards and progress
* Onboard and induct new construction team members in coordination with HR
* Book meeting rooms, organise catering, and support team events
Skills & Experience:
* Prior experience in a similar construction PA/Secretarial role is advantageous
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and general Office tools
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to proofread and edit professional documentation
* Highly organised, enthusiastic, and capable of working independently
* Experience with Procore or similar construction project software is an advantage
