Overview
Newly Qualified Nurse role at HC-One, Audenshaw, England, United Kingdom. You will be supported to grow in your career with HC-One’s Gold Standard Nursing Preceptorship Programme, in a nurse-led environment.
You will make a difference to our residents at a time when they may feel most vulnerable, guiding and supporting them in life-changing decisions.
About You
You will be a Registered Nurse with a valid PIN number and understand the commitment to your profession through the standards of practice set by the NMC. You will have a passion to mentor and share your knowledge with colleagues, provide support as a practice supervisor and assessor to students, and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, while modelling professional behaviours. You will advocate and deliver a person-centred approach to care for people living in our care home and their families.
Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility. You should be able to recognise signs of potential abuse, harm, or neglect and know what to do if concerns arise. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training appropriate to their role and to undertake additional training in related areas. You should have the ability to seek appropriate advice and report concerns, including escalation if action is not taken.
