Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: South East London (office based in Westerham, Kent)
Salary: £62,500 - £70,000 depending on experience + bonus
Contract: Full-time, permanent (Monday-Friday)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of our existing and growing property portfolio across South East London. This is a senior-level role forming part of the executive team, contributing directly to business development and acting as a stand-in for the Managing Director when required.
You will bring expertise in managing residential projects from inception to completion, with the commercial acumen and leadership skills to ensure quality, cost control, and delivery on time.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare bills of quantities for materials, labour, and project timeframes.
* Procure and manage contractors and subcontractors.
* Produce tender documents, contracts, budgets, and project documentation.
* Measure and value site works, providing accurate cost updates as projects progress.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
* Build and maintain strong professional relationships and networks to the benefit of the company.
About You
* RICS or equivalent qualified, with 10+ years' experience in residential construction and refurbishments.
* Proven track record managing multi-storey residential projects up to £10m.
* Commercially astute, detail-oriented, and confident working under pressure.
* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
* Based in South East London or within a realistic commute to Westerham, Kent.
