Business Manager - Portfolio
In this role, you will be responsible for the operational management of Analytical Technology at the Stonehouse site of the Measurement & Analytics division. You will oversee the strategic and operational management of Production, Industrial Engineering, Sales Operations, Purchasing, Quality, Operational Excellence, and Logistics. This position plays a key role in optimizing processes to ensure lean, efficient, and error‑free production that exceeds customer requirements and maximizes operational profitability. You will also lead on compliance, HSE, and integrity, working closely with other managers to drive the sustainable and successful development of the business.

Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.
* Work model: Onsite (Stonehouse) #LI-Onsite
* Establish a customer‑focused operational strategy aligned with overall business objectives, ensuring KPIs are met in safety, quality, delivery performance, inventory management, and productivity.
* Lead the operational performance of the factory, achieving safety, quality, on‑time delivery, productivity, and cost reduction targets through continuous improvement and optimized operational management systems.
* Manage budgets and financial performance, including CapEx and OpEx forecasts, operational cash flow, and financial KPIs related to efficiency and delivery performance.
* Build and develop a high‑performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and operational excellence (Lean Six Sigma).
* Collaborate closely with other Measurement & Analytics departments on site, including Controlling, R&D, Service, Repair, and HR, to ensure alignment and business success.
* Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Stonehouse site to ensure sustainable growth and operational excellence.
Qualifications for the Role
* A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
* Significant experience in operations leadership, ideally within a production environment, with a proven ability to manage complexity and deliver results.
* Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and organizational principles, with practical experience in optimizing production processes for small‑batch or high‑variance technical products.
* A strategic and change‑focused leader with excellent process optimization and talent development skills.
* Demonstrated commitment to health, safety, environment, and integrity standards.
* Fluency in English with strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
