They are looking to add a talented Sous Chef to their team of five - someone with experience catering to large volumes, creating fresh and flavoursome dishes for up to 200 guests.

~£Working 42 hours per week, great work life balance
~ Various shift patterns - Off-peak shift 8am to 4pm or evening shift 12pm to 8pm, including 1 to 2 evening shifts and peak season 2 days and 3 evenings
~5th January to February half term off

Crafting a wide array of fresh dishes for up to 200 covers over a weekend
Working closely alongside the Head Chef to ensure a smooth-running kitchen operation
