With multiple UK sites, this dynamic, innovative, and forward-thinking organisation is now seeking a National Sales & Marketing Manager to be based at their South Yorkshire site.The Role As National Sales & Marketing Manager your duties and responsibilities will vary but will include:
* Manage the sales & marketing team ensuring all agreed targets and objectives are achieved.
* Preparing quotes in line with the agreed pricing strategy and re-negotiating terms where appropriate.
* Gathering and maintaining up-to-date market intelligence, monitoring competitor activity (services and prices), and reacting as required.
* Plan and implement a sales strategy in line with budgeted growth.
* Develop and maintain a potential pipeline of customers both regional and national.
* Identify business opportunities for suitable organic waste streams; liaise with the sales team to ensure opportunities are progressed.
* Analyse the sales team, performance to understand trends and growth opportunities.
* Ensure the application and sales approach are in line with the organisational brand.
