Responsibilities
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated works programmer to join our responsive repairs maintenance team. As a key member of the responsive repairs service area, you will be responsible for programming repairs across the authority’s portfolio, including Council Houses, Schools, public buildings and other assets. The successful candidate will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of trades under the leadership of the Building Maintenance Operations Manager and the Responsive Repairs Programme Manager to deliver a wide range of repairs.
Qualifications & Experience
We are seeking to appoint a suitable qualified works programmer on a full-time, permanent basis. Full support and training will be provided.
