Overview Pay - £7.55 - £12.21 per hour. Our store in Carmarthen are looking for a minimum 12hrs per week Barista/Coffee Shop Assistant. The hours will be spread across the week and will include at least one Saturday or Sunday shift. Dunelm’s coffee shops, affectionately titled Pausa, are positively thriving and it is our Coffee Shop Assistants that are at the very heart of their success.
