Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement sourcing strategies for a broad range of indirect services and goods
2. Pursue opportunities for significant OpEx and CapEx cost reductions and budget savings
3. Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure the best possible pricing and terms
4. Manage supplier relationships to ensure that they meet or exceed performance expectations
5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that procurement activities align with business objectives
6. Manage and report monthly on savings KPIs to Executives
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications
8. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field, or equivalent experience
9. 5+ years of experience in indirect procurement or sourcing
10. Experience in change and continuous process improvement
11. Flexible to manage and support new categories
12. Strong negotiation skills and experience negotiating contracts with suppliers
13. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
14. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
15. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
16. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP Ariba Sourcing and Contracts module
