You are passionate about innovation and digital transformation - so are we! Our IT teams are actively involved in business process design and Group-wide projects. We don't let IT do it, we do it ourselves. Join us and use your expertise to become part of our team in one of the most beautiful industries in the world and be responsible for
* Conceptual development, optimization and automation of authorization management as well as development of standards in Identity and Access Management
* Design of authorisation solutions to support digitalization at NEW YORKER, e.g. for the use of cloud-based solutions and other technologies
* Company-wide introduction of an IAM tool to standardize, consolidate and define authorization management processes
* Defining and monitoring critical authorizations, maintaining authorization concepts & documentation and advising colleagues on the creation of IAM documents
* Developing, implementing and managing authorization concepts and models for all IT services in the company, including for the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics AX and successor systems
* Opportunity for professional and personal development, e.g. in IT security or software asset management
WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU
* Degree, e.g. in the field of (business) informatics or a corresponding apprenticeship (e.g. IT specialist), preferably also a graduate or career changer with initial knowledge and experience in identity and authorization management
* Structured approach to complex problems and ability to summarize these in concepts and documentation
* Knowledge of Active Directory, IAM tools, OAUTH or MFA is helpful but not a requirement; certifications in ITIL, ISO27001, CBAP or similar are an advantage but not a requirement
* Fluent German and good English skills
* Careful and conscientious way of working, good communication skills and proactive and independent working style
