At Tradewind Recruitment, we are currently recruiting experienced and passionate SEN Teaching Assistants to work on a supply basis across a variety of schools in Doncaster.

About the Role
As a Supply SEN Teaching Assistant working through Tradewind Recruitment, you will:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties
* Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
* Support students with their academic, social, and emotional development
* Promote positive behaviour and help manage challenging situations
* Adapt quickly to different school environments
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience supporting children with SEN (in schools or similar settings)
* Strong behaviour management skills
* A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
* Flexibility and reliability
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
