Warehouse Co-Ordinator \n \n Carbon60 is seeking an experienced Warehouse Co-Ordinator to join their client's leading aerospace team in Oxford, UK. As the Warehouse Co-Ordinator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the operation of a work area within the Material Management Warehouse, supporting the Team Leaders and Senior Management in the implementation of company policies and procedures.\n \n Key Responsibilities:\n\n- Achieve optimum stock turn and handling for the company's operations\n\n- Provide necessary support to Management in pursuance of overall divisional and company targets\n\n- Adhere to all documented company quality system procedures when carrying out operational duties\n\n- Conduct material orders and movements in the correct priority sequence\n\n- Ensure all items are unloaded and handled according to company and airworthiness directives\n\n- Build and maintain excellent working relationships with internal and external contacts\n\n- Develop and maintain a teamwork approach to working with colleagues\n\n- Identify and resolve issues of a problematic nature at onset\n\n- Ensure the application of SAP and other business tools consistent with the training received\n\n- Maintain departmental administrative systems and provide accurate documentation\n\n- Achieve set targets and objectives\n\n- Operate cross-functionally across the Warehouse functions (inbound, outbound, repairs, tool control)\n\n- Provide regular reports on work in progress to the Team Leaders\n \n Skills and Qualifications:\n\n- Preferred experience in the aviation supply chain\n\n- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues at all levels\n\n- Good security awareness and understanding of the vulnerability of stock within a warehouse environment\n\n- Excellent organisational skills, ability to prioritise and work effectively while maintaining compliance\n\n- Proven experience of working in a target-driven environment and delivering to KPIs\n\n- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook\n\n- Preferred experience in driving forklift truck equipment and holding a relevant certificate\n\n- Full UK Driving License\n\nAbout the role:\n\n- 6-month initial contract (potential for extension)\n\n- 37.5-hour week\n\n- Standard day shifts but may change to shift pattern so require flexibility\n\n- £12.72 per hour PAYE / £17.01 per hour Umbrella\n\nPlease note the successful candidate will need to undergo security clearance for this role.
