We’re launching an innovative Integrated Family Help Front Door service - and we need a proactive, detail-driven Business Support Assistant to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. Your work will make a real difference, ensuring children, young people, and families get the right help at the right time.
Why this role matters
Our new front door will connect families to early help and targeted support quickly and effectively. You’ll be the backbone of this multi-agency team, based in our state-of-the-art riverside offices, helping partners make strong referrals and ensuring every contact counts.
What you’ll do:
1. Log and manage incoming contacts in systems like Liquid Logic and Early Help.
2. Keep case data accurate and up to date across multiple platforms.
3. Chase missing details and consent to keep referrals compliant.
4. Prepare outcome letters, manage calls, and maintain records.
5. Work flexibly across Children’s Services and partner agencies.
What we’re looking for:
6. Strong admin and organisational skills
7. Laser-sharp attention to detail
8. Confident IT user (Liquid Logic/EHM experience a bonus)
9. Calm under pressure, great at juggling priorities
10. Positive, customer-focused team player
