Description
As an Audit Manager, you will play a key role in managing audit engagements, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, and contributing to the running of the Corporate Team. This role offers clear progression opportunities to R.I., providing significant career growth and development. The successful candidate will work closely with existing audit managers and R.Is within the team to maintain compliance, improve processes, and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities
1. Managing your own portfolio of audits from planning to completion across various owner-managed businesses, from small to large companies.
2. Planning, executing, and finalising audits, identifying key risk areas, and ensuring audit objectives are met.
3. Participating in client meetings throughout all audit stages, escalating issues to the audit RI when necessary.
4. Supervising, mentoring, and coaching junior team members to develop their technical and soft skills, as well as client interaction.
5. Managing and improving audit processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
We expect the following experience:
* Qualified Accountant: ACA/ACCA or equivalent with proven external auditing experience.
* Experience leading audit teams, making decisions, and reporting to managers.
* Strong background in audit, understanding regulatory obligations and quality standards.
* Experience in risk assessment, implementing controls, and maintaining audit quality.
* Excellent client relationship management skills.
* Experience coaching and mentoring audit teams.
