Role Description
The Sales Negotiator role at Bridgfords is a full-time, on-site position located in the Greater Newcastle Area. This role involves working closely with clients to facilitate property sales and lettings, managing viewings and negotiations, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the process. The Sales Negotiator will actively identify prospective buyers and tenants, promote properties, and coordinate with internal teams to achieve smooth transactions. Meeting targets while maintaining professionalism and client satisfaction is a key part of this role.
Qualifications
* Experience in Estate Agency or knowledge of property sales and lettings
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
* Proven ability in Sales with a customer-focused mindset
* Knowledge of the local property market in the Greater Newcastle Area
* Demonstrated organizational and negotiation abilities
* A proactive and target-driven approach to work
* Valid UK driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
