HR Business Partner
If you’re an experienced HR professional looking for a hands‑on role within the food industry then this role could be for you!
About the role:
* Location: County Durham (This is a site‑based role)
* Salary: up to £40-42K DOE (+ 10% Bonus)
* Reporting to: HR Manager
* Hours: 8:30am till 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver a proactive, hands‑on HR service at your local site, partnering with managers to drive engagement, compliance, and operational excellence.
* Act as a key link between the HR Manager and site leadership teams, ensuring consistent HR practices and supporting strategic people initiatives.
