1. Salary £35,000 - £50,000 depending on experience, plus performance-related bonus

The Role - Project Engineer or Project Manager (Fluent French Speaker)
11. Manage multiple customer-facing projects from initiation to delivery
12. Ensure projects meet scope, timelines, quality standards, and budgets
13. Primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
14. Operate in a structured, process-driven framework
15. Cover both operational and strategic projects of varying complexity
16. Role can be based in Cookstown (Tyrone) or North Belfast
Key Responsibilities - Project Engineer or Project Manager (Fluent French Speaker)
17. Deliver projects in line with project management frameworks and best practice
18. Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
19. Align expectations between stakeholders
20. Manage timelines, budgets, and variations
21. Monitor costs and take corrective actions when required
22. Facilitate project close-out including snagging and handover
23. Communicate progress clearly to internal and external stakeholders
24. Escalate risks, issues, and scope changes appropriately
25. Support continuous improvement and strong health & safety culture
Essential Criteria - Project Engineer or Project Manager (Fluent French Speaker)
26. Degree or equivalent experience in relevant discipline
27. Minimum 2 years' experience in an Engineering or Project Engineering / Management type of role - Training can be given
28. Proven experience managing customer - facing engineering or manufacturing projects
29. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
30. Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and commercial elements
31. Fluency in French and English (spoken and written) is essential
