Support Worker We are seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to support people to live independently and well at home in their local community. Position: Support Worker Salary: £12.21 to £12.99 per hour Location: Hexham, Northumberland Hours: Part time and flexible hours available Contract: Permanent Closing Date: Ongoing About the role As a Support Worker, you will provide person centred care and support to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain independence and quality of life. Key responsibilities include: Providing personal care and support with daily living tasks Offering companionship and emotional support Assisting with meal preparation and household tasks Supporting individuals to access their local community Working collaboratively within a small, supportive team Promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing at all times You will typically work in shift blocks across mornings and evenings, including alternate weekends.
