Job Purpose:
To support clients in improving their internal financial workflows, reporting systems, and general operational processes in a non-regulated consultancy capacity.
Main Duties:
· Analyse client financial workflows and recommend efficiency improvements.
· Assist with non-statutory reporting systems and internal process mapping.
· Support the implementation of digital bookkeeping platforms such as Xero or QuickBooks.
· Conduct basic staff training on internal financial and reporting processes.
· Create simple dashboards and monthly review reports for clients.
Requirements:
· BSc/MSc in Accounting, Financial Management or a closely related field.
· At least 1–2 years of experience in financial operations, reporting, or business process improvement.
· Strong understanding of non-statutory bookkeeping systems and practical business finance.
· Ability to document and present financial processes in a structured and professional way.
Desirable Criteria:
· Experience working in a client-facing or consultancy environment.
· Familiarity with UK SME business operations or financial compliance context.
· Knowledge of bookkeeping software such as Xero or QuickBooks.
· Fluency in English and Mandarin (for communication with relevant stakeholders).
