Building Services Manager Responsibilities: Project management of M&E design teams, ensuring specific requirements and expectations are met. Advise the site management teams on all M&E processes, product and system selection, and mitigate risk onsite. Ability to provide hands-on guidance and support to the building services function as the project dictates. Continuous management of the installation quality for M&E systems on projects, from initial coordination to final commissioning and handover. Oversight of M&E sub-contractors onsite, ensuring programme, quality performance, and expectations are met. Supplement the company’s innovation and value engineering processes in consideration and implementation of best-in-class mechanical/electrical systems and products. Building Services Manager Requirements: Third level qualification in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
