Job Description
* Manage and maintain financial records in an accurate and timely manner
* Process invoices and reconcile accounts
* Ensure timely payments of all bills
* Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements
* Cooperate with the Accounting & Finance team to improve financial processes
* Handle queries and build strong relationships with vendors
* Adhere to company policies and regulations
* Contribute positively to the team and the overall goals of the department
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Payable professional should have:
* A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
* Proficiency in using accounting software
* An analytical mind with strong numerical skills
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
