General Manager – QSR
Location: Aberdeen, Scotland
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 (depending on experience)

About the Role
As a General Manager, you’ll take full ownership of your restaurant, leading from the front and building a high-performing team in a fast-paced QSR environment. This role is ideal for an experienced QSR leader who thrives on pace, people development, and delivering strong commercial results.
You’ll be supported by an established brand, proven systems and a leadership team that wants you to succeed, giving you the autonomy to run the restaurant like your own business, while never working in isolation.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead, motivate, and develop a large, diverse QSR team to deliver outstanding results
* Take full responsibility for day-to-day operations, standards, and performance
* Drive sales, profitability, and cost control, with full ownership of P&L
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences through great food, speed, and service
* Recruit, train, and retain top talent, building a strong internal pipeline
* Create rotas and schedules that balance business needs with team wellbeing
* Maintain the highest standards across food safety, health & safety, and compliance
* Build and execute local strategies that support brand growth and long-term success
What We’re Looking For
* Proven General Manager or Senior Assistant Manager experience in QSR or fast food (essential)
* Strong commercial awareness with confidence managing P&L
* A hands-on leader who enjoys being operationally involved
* Passion for coaching, developing, and retaining great people
* Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
* Strong organisational and time-management skillsHigh standards, attention to detail, and pride in brand execution
