Technical / Project Architect (Delivery Focus)
Most technical roles are about delivering projects.
This one is about delivering projects properly … and building the systems that make that possible.
We’re working with a globally recognised architectural studio who are now establishing their London presence.
They have the design pedigree.
They have the international, and growing UK, pipeline.
What they need now is someone who can ensure…
When work is delivered… it is delivered exceptionally well, every time.
What This Role Actually Looks Like…
This isn’t just a “drawings + coordination” role.
It’s for someone who naturally asks:
* “Is this the best way for us to be doing this?”
* “How do we make this repeatable?”
* “Where are the gaps before they become problems?”
A Day in the Life…
You might start your day reviewing a live package set:
* Spotting coordination issues before they hit site
* Refining how information is structured and issued
* Ensuring consistency across models, drawings and outputs
By midday, you’re:
* Working with the wider global team to tighten workflows
* Advising on best practice across Revit (BIM) delivery
* Helping align outputs with UK regulations and technical standards
Later in the day:
* You’re mapping out how future London-based projects will be delivered
* Defining standards, templates, QA processes and protocols
* Acting as the bridge between design intent and buildable reality
Why This Role Is Different…
* You’re not inheriting a rigid system… You’re helping build it
* You’re not just delivering UK projects… You’re working within a global delivery model
* You’re not stuck in a narrow role… You’re becoming the person who defines: “This is how we deliver projects properly.”
What They’re Looking For…
This will suit someone who:
* Is a Technical / Project Architect with strong Stage 4 to 5 experience
* Has a genuine interest in:
* Systems
* Processes
* Quality assurance
* Has either:
* Helped set up internal standards previously, or
* Naturally taken ownership of “how things are done” in their studio
Key Experience…
* Strong Revit (BIM) capability
* Understanding of:
* ISO standards (eg ISO 19650)
* Information management
* Drawing / model coordination
* Experience delivering projects through:
* Technical design
* Construction / site stages
* Strong grasp of:
* Buildability
* Detailing
* In particular UK Building Regulations
Who This Role Is Perfect For…
* The person people go to when:
* Something isn’t coordinated properly
* Standards need tightening
* A project needs “getting back on track”
* Someone who has:
* Quietly improved systems internally
* But never been given the remit to own it fully
* Someone who enjoys:
* Precision
* Structure
* Doing things properly
The Offer…
* Salary: £45,000 to £55,000 + Benefits
* London-based
* Opportunity to work on international projects whilst building the infrastructure for UK based delivery
* Scope to grow into a key technical leader as the London studio develops
The Opportunity…
There are plenty of roles where you deliver drawings.
There are very few where you define: How an entire London studio delivers its work.
If you’re someone who cares about technical excellence and wants to shape the way projects are delivered… not just contribute to them… this is worth a conversation.
