Second Charge Mortgage Advisor – Manchester
Hybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
Salary: OTE £35k–£40k (basic up to £28k + bonus)

About the Role:
As a Second Charge Mortgage Advisor, you’ll guide customers through the application process, liaising closely with qualified advisors who will provide expert advice on second charge mortgages. You’ll play an important part in delivering outstanding service and supporting customers every step of the way.
What you’ll be doing:

Assessing customer eligibility for secured loans and conducting fact-finds to enable mortgage advisors to evaluate cases.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and advisors.
*
Meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.

Collaborating with advisors and case managers to support customer applications.
*
Playing a key role in driving continuous improvement in customer experience.

Suggesting new ideas and putting them into practice.
What we’re looking for:

At least 1 year of experience in a sales environment.

A performance-driven mindset with a passion for delivering results and outstanding customer outcomes.

A commitment to providing a best-in-class customer experience, fostering loyalty and satisfaction.

A good understanding of the financial market, regulations, and procedures.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.

Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

Flexibility and willingness to work shifts as needed.
