Schedule & Sales Administrator Leicester £30,000 - £32,000 per Annum We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organized individual to join a busy team based in Leicester. The role is a varied position which includes booking and scheduling jobs, dealing with quotations and contracts, customer service queries, and requires the ability to organize, prioritize and manage workloads effectively. We are looking for someone able to use their own initiative and has excellent customer service skills. THE ROLE: Liaising with new and existing customers with regards to scheduling jobs, providing updated quotations and new contracts and amendments to existing contracts. Daily scheduling of jobs, and daily completion of jobs in a timely manner, reviewing and amending for accurate invoicing Liaising with contractors around their diaries and progress of their jobs Updating systems and portals accurately to ensure real time data Writing up and sending quotations (training provided on systems) Dealing with queries from colleagues, customer and third parties, via phone and email, including management of shared mailbox, and taking customer payments Managing client data and keeping up to date with contract renewals and other documentation.
