Overview
We\'re seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Data and Analytics Product Lead to spearhead our data and analytics transformation. You\'ll integrate analytics capabilities across all business functions to enable data-driven decisions, establish success metrics, and deliver benefits aligned with strategic objectives. You\'ll work with stakeholders to develop and maintain AXA Health\'s data and analytics roadmaps and bridge business and analytics to define solutions that address business challenges.
AXA Health offers flexible working arrangements. You\'ll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, increasing to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attending office locations, visiting clients or industry events. Discuss flexible arrangements with Talent Acquisition.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with business leaders to identify and prioritise analytics product development based on value.
* Act as subject matter expert on analytics types and appropriate applications (descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, prescriptive).
* Own end-to-end analytical product development from business analysis to deployment and decommissioning legacy solutions.
* Lead a virtual team (data scientists, data engineers, data modellers, testers, visualisers) with clear backlog prioritisation and product value delivery.
* Translate sophisticated analytics products into impact at scale; ensure products are discoverable, understandable, and trustworthy.
* Collaborate with senior stakeholders to explore innovative analytical approaches aligned with the business area\'s strategy.
* Maintain visibility of productivity and measurable impact.
* Deliver and maintain data and analytics products in accordance with data product guardrails and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications
* Previous experience leveraging data and analytics infrastructure and identifying opportunities for new technologies to improve customer and colleague outcomes.
* Experience leading a team within a data and analytics space.
* Strong knowledge of Agile processes and ability to promote Agile benefits to stakeholders and teams.
* Excellent presentation and influencing skills.
* Proven track record in identifying, creating and delivering successful analytics products and services with measurable impact.
* Strong understanding of analytics types and ability to apply them to business problems.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
