We want everyone to find themselves in the spaces and stories we share. We are currently recruiting for a Palace Host Sales Team Leader to join our team.
The role of the Palace Host (Sales) Team Leader is to inspire, motivate and lead our team of permanent, seasonal, and casual Palace Hosts (Sales) to ensure a memorable visitor experience across the Ticket Office & Shop. Also supporting with the delivery of on-site sales targets and KPIs by motivating the team to proactively sell tickets, guidebooks and memberships.
To be successful in the role, excellent people skills are essential; along with a good understanding of what exceptional customer service is and how this can be achieved within a team, to help deliver sales targets. An ability to use your initiative, along with good IT admin skills are also highly desirable.
