 
        
        Change Delivery Manager – Finance

Join us as a Change Delivery Manager – Finance, where you will lead high‑impact programmes across regulatory compliance, tax initiatives, and strategic Finance transformations such as Cost Transformation, Digitised MI, and Gen AI. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in full alignment with internal policies and regulatory standards, supporting the Finance portfolio’s most critical priorities.
Key Responsibilities
 * Deliver Change projects on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards.
 * Develop and manage project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines and resource requirements.
 * Communicate progress to stakeholders, including senior management, project teams and external partners.
 * Manage project budgets and ensure adherence to agreed funding.
 * Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies.
 * Facilitate change management activities such as training and communication to embed project outcomes.
 * Produce progress reports and update stakeholders on delivery timelines and budget status.
Qualifications & Experience
 * Very strong project management skills, including management of business and technology teams and development of detailed project artefacts.
 * Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
 * Financial acumen to manage project budgets and ensure cost controls.
 * Experience managing projects that include Data Acquisition, Consolidation, Analytics and Reporting.
 * Background in Banking or Financial Services, especially Finance, Treasury or Technology functions, is desirable.
 * Familiarity with risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology disciplines.
