Main Activities Responsibilities: • Document Management & Control: Manage, organize, and maintain project documentation, ensuring all files are correctly filed and updated. Oversee the version control and distribution of all documents to ensure the team has access to the most current data. • Collaboration with Project Teams: Work closely with project manager and other stakeholders to track document progress and ensure all documentation meets quality standards and deadlines. Act as the central point of contact for document-related queries. • Document Registers & Submissions: Maintain and update document registers, ensuring all documents are submitted in a timely and organized manner. Monitor the status of document reviews, approvals, and revisions, ensuring compliance with project timelines. • Support Project Documentation Processes: Assist in the creation, filing, and tracking of technical documents such as specifications and reports. Support project teams with document preparation for submittals, tenders, and audits. • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to company standards, procedures, and industry regulations (e.g., ISO standards) for document control. Review documents for consistency, accuracy, and completeness before submission. • Audit and Tracking: Regularly audit project files and records to ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and organizational requirements. Generate reports on document status for senior management and project leader. • Communication & Reporting: Regularly update management on document progress, potential delays, or issues related to documentation. Provide clear and concise progress reports and ensure any issues are flagged for immediate resolution. • Coordination of Site Documentation: During occasional site visits, support the collection of site-specific documentation, ensuring it aligns with requirements and is uploaded into the system in a timely manner. Our Expectation: • Previous experience in a commercial environment. • Knowledge of SAP is Essential • Competent in all MS Office applications. • Drive and enthusiasm with a will to learn and progress. • Minimum of 5 years demonstrated in this type of role • Experience within the Oil and Gas / Energy / Nuclear industry supply sections Or Pipework and Fittings industry preferred. • Fluent in English – speech and writing. *Occasional site visits to UK locations when required Have we got you interested and do you want to become our new colleague?
