We are currently seeking a Commercial Vehicle Paint Sprayer on behalf of our client, a reputable and family-run automotive accident repair centre located in Tewkesbury.
The ideal individual will have a strong background in vehicle painting, with the opportunity to develop further within a supportive team environment.

Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm working hoursDuties of a Commercial Vehicle Paint Sprayer:
Preparing and priming vehicle bodywork to the required specifications
Mixing colours and colour-matching for all vehicle repairs
Painting repaired areas and customisation work to high standards
Polishing vehicle surfaces as necessary
Maintaining detailed and current product knowledge
Ensuring exceptional customer service to promote loyalty and generate referrals
Upholding cleanliness, housekeeping, and health and safety standards
Accurately administering work documentation and recordsRequirements of a Commercial Vehicle Paint Sprayer:
Proven experience as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer, either current or recent
Formal NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualifications are desirable; candidates with substantial on-the-job experience will be considered
Willingness to undertake ATA accreditation post-probation
Excellent attention to detail and quality standards
Strong team player with good communication skills
Ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment
Full UK driving licence with minimal points
