We are seeking an ambitious and growth-focused individual to become a Practice Lead for Sport & Leisure.

Your Role
As the Practice Lead, you will have the autonomy and support to:
1. Lead and define the national industry practice for Sport & Leisure across the business.
2. Drive the growth strategy for the specialism, leveraging o exclusive product to win new clients and build market share.
3. Build and manage a profitable book of business, starting with a seed portfolio of c.£k-£k to develop.
4. Act as the senior technical expert and thought leader for Sport & Leisure, providing expertise and guidance across the group.
5. Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan, identifying key targets, relationships, and growth opportunities.
6. Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients and insurer partners.
About You
We are looking for a candidate who has:
7. Extensive experience and a strong network within the UK Sport & Leisure insurance sector.
8. A proven track record of winning and developing business, with a clear focus on growth.
9. An entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition and drive to build a niche practice.
10. The ability to operate at a senior, strategic level with UK-wide influence.
11. Experience with clients such as health and fitness centres, gyms, sports associations, and leisure centres is advantageous.
12. Would consider applicants from the Midlands or South East Regions.
