Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable Class 2 HGV Driver to join a busy mortar operation based in Ruabon. This role involves delivering mortar to construction sites using mixer and POD vehicles.
Youll be responsible for safe, on-time deliveries while providing a professional service to customers on site.
Key Duties
* Drive and operate Class 2 mixer and POD vehicles
* Deliver mortar to a range of construction sites
* Safely discharge materials to the correct specification
* Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any issues
* Follow all health and safety procedures on site
* Complete delivery paperwork accurately (EPODs)
* Keep the vehicle and equipment clean
Requirements
* Valid Class 2 (Category C) HGV licence
* Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card
* Mixer or POD experience preferred (training provided)
* Good communication and customer service skills xsngvjr
* Flexible with working hours
* Knowledge of the local area is helpful
