We’re a fast-growing food ingredients business based in Kent, and we’re on an exciting journey of expansion. To help take our growth to the next level, we’re looking for a driven and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team.


About the Role

As our new Account Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our success — developing strong partnerships with our corporate clients, uncovering new business opportunities, and helping our customers bring great products to life.

You’ll be working with some of the most respected names in the food manufacturing, retail, and foodservice sectors, offering them ingredient solutions that make a real difference. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in food ingredients or B2B food sales who loves consultative selling, thrives on variety, and enjoys being a trusted partner to their clients.


What You’ll Be Doing

* Building and nurturing long-term relationships with key corporate accounts.
* Growing sales through smart account planning, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities.
* Seeking out and winning new business across the corporate food sector.
* Working consultatively with clients to understand their needs, product requirements, and R&D processes — then delivering tailored solutions.
* Keeping an eye on market trends and competitor activity to provide valuable insights.
* Collaborating closely with our internal R&D, technical, and supply chain teams to ensure everything runs smoothly from concept to delivery.
* Preparing regular sales forecasts and reports to track progress and performance.


What We’re Looking For

* 3+ years’ experience in account management or B2B sales, ideally within food ingredients, food manufacturing, or FMCG.
* Strong understanding (or keen interest) in food ingredient applications and how they fit into corporate manufacturing.
* A proven track record of hitting targets and managing key accounts.
* Excellent communicator and relationship-builder with solid negotiation and presentation skills.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and great at collaborating across teams.
* Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
